As Project Managers we have extensive experience in successfully delivering luxury retail shops on time and in budget in line with a client’s quality standards, brief and budget.  A Project Manager is appointed to an individual client and we emphasise clear, accurate and swift communication to ensure the successful completion of the project.

The Project Manager will assist in developing the project brief to ensure our client’s requirements are clearly outlined.  We send out a tender for each project to a selection of consultants, designers, suppliers and contractors and negotiate on behalf of our client to secure the best deal for quality, delivery and price.

Hands-on project management ensures safe, efficient and effective on-site works, delivering projects on time and in budget.

  • Site survey coordination
  • Furniture manufacture QC and monitoring
  • Project schedule
  • Coordination / ordering of Furniture, fixtures, lighting, IT/AV etc
  • Security
  • Coordination of building permits and completion certificated
  • On-site works
  • Site handover from LL to main contractor
  • Coordinate setting-out
  • Liaise with all nominated contractors and any sub- contractors, schedules AV/IT/Voice, data installation and testing
  • Monitor fit-out progress and weekly reporting
  • Fit-out completion and store audit
  • Handover to the Client retail team
